Résumé
Michaël is an expert in manufacturing performance & industrial strategy.
He is one of the founders of OPEO, a consulting firm specialised in industrial transformations.
Michaël has also cofounded OSS Ventures, the first start-up studio dedicated to manufacturing in Europe and gathered 25 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, as a production manager then as a consultant in McKinsey & Company.
He now supports many big companies in Europe and has lead more than 50 projects to catalyse lean/tech transformations, new industrial footprints or performance transformation programs.
Michaël started his career in the automotive sector in Michelin & PSA Peugeot Citroën and then supported car manufacturing companies and OEMs.
He is the author of 6 books on the topic of lean & digital among which âThe Tesla Way" that has been translated into 8 languages.
